Terms
and Conditions for Hot Spring Reservation
1. If you are a foreigner,
you don’t need to pay a deposit, please type the hotel’s
name you will live in Taiwan into the Additional comments
below.
2. A maximum of three private hot spring rooms could
be reserved at the same time, and could not designate
the room number.
3. Guests need to arrive in the resort 20 minutes
prior to the reserved time (40 minutes prior to
the reserved time during the weekend). If could
not arrive in the resort prior to the reserved time,
the guest should inform us by the phone (we have
the right to change or cancel the reservation if
we do not receive any notification); no postpone
if the usage time is being affected.
4. The reservation will only be kept until 15 minutes
prior to the reserved time, and it will be cancelled
if the guests do not arrive.
5. Please notify us if there is a need to cancel
the reservation. For those who do not give us any
notification for the cancellation of the reservation
will be deprived of the right for reservation.
6. No today reservation on the weekend, please make
reservation in advance.

IV. Hot spring private room guests need to arrive
20 minutes ahead of the reserved time for check
in.
V. Business Hours for Hot Spring Center : 9:00 am
~ 12:00 am
Weekdays : Monday ~ Friday ( excluded National Holidays)
After 9 pm of Friday or one day before National
Holiday is counted as Weekend or National Holiday.
Weekday Price: 20 % discount ( NT. $ 3500 for “Yu
Tang” with Imperial Hot Pot) ; discount does not
apply to the surcharge for additional guest.
